The beginning of a New Year is typically a time of reflection and goal setting for the future.
What’s something you learned about yourself in 2020?
Me?
I learned peace.
I learned I need less in life to be happy.
I learned good skin care matters.
I learned my healthy is a battle I’m not ready to fight and lose on the daily anymore.
I learned to spread love and give grace.
I learned how to paint cabinets!
I learned to say words and names in a fantasy book with friends that we still probably butcher.
I learned to say no to too many buddy reads (no I didn’t)
I learned to laugh and love small moments rather than always seeking “more”
I learned how to BLOG
I learned how to stretch myself creatively.
I learned true fear of not knowing when I can work again.
I learned how to read multiple books at one time.
I learned to find even more authentic friendships even when they aren’t “right down the road.”
I’ve learned to love more and give more to my soul mate.
If we grew together in 2020 when the world was a bag full of burning poo, thank you.
Cheers to another year of growth, learning and love❤️
